Auto Renewal of Guru App Membership Plans
These Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payments (“Terms”) are entered into between
you and GURU APP NOHAR PRIVATE LIMITED (“Guru App”, “We”, “Us”).
These Terms govern the recurring payment services offered on
www.guruapp.in for the auto-renewal of Guru App membership plans
(“Membership”).
Your use of Guru App services is also governed by the Guru App Service Conditions of Use
and other applicable policies available on the Guruapp.in website, which form an
integral part of these Terms.
Recurring Payments
Guru App may allow customers to make payments on a recurring basis for Memberships.
Memberships are subscription-based and require periodic payments to continue accessing
services and benefits.
Guru App reserves the right to discontinue Recurring Payments at any time without prior notice.
Eligible Payment Methods
Recurring Payments can be enabled only using a valid and accepted payment method
registered with your Guruapp.in account (“Payment Method”).
We reserve the right to determine eligible Payment Methods and may limit Recurring
Payments to selected banks or products.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information, including
credit or debit card details.
Enable Recurring Payments
You may enable Recurring Payments at the time of purchase, renewal, or payment of
Membership fees.
Once enabled, your Membership will automatically renew at the end of each Membership
period, and the applicable fees will be charged to your selected Payment Method.
A token amount may be charged for verification purposes and refunded upon successful
authentication.
Free Trials and Promotions
Your Membership may include a free trial or promotional period. If Recurring Payments
are enabled, fees (if applicable) will be charged after the trial or promotional period ends.
Third-Party Payment Processors
Guru App may use third-party payment gateways to process Recurring Payments. You agree
to comply with their applicable terms and conditions.
Membership Renewal
Once Recurring Payments are enabled, you authorize Guru App or its payment partners
to charge Membership fees automatically unless you cancel or disable auto-renewal.
Cancellation before the end of a Membership period does not entitle you to any refund
for the unused period.
Disable or Cancel Recurring Payments
You may cancel or disable Recurring Payments through your account settings on Guruapp.in
or by contacting Guru App customer support.
Upon cancellation, your Membership will continue until the end of the current period
but will not renew thereafter.
If a payment fails, Guru App may attempt to charge another saved payment method.
Failure of all payment methods may result in cancellation of your Membership.
Notification and Communication
You authorize Guru App to communicate with you via email regarding your Membership
and Recurring Payments.
Disclaimer of Liability
Guru App shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of
Recurring Payments, including payment fraud or authorization failures.
